I got them all doing the “Mugging” job in the “Street Thug” tier. It costs only 1 Energy and you have the same chance to get a Labor Day loot drop as any other job in the game. Total Energy spent: to get them all: 1,204.
i just spent all my energy and didn’t get ANYTHING! What the hell!?
Thanks for the suggestion, but still nothing. I only spent 20 energy but still i’d expect an exclusive to drop sometime in there. Well i’ll keep trying i guess. (the Russian loot seemed like a breeze to get compared to this!)
